Who is Sushma?

Myself Sushma Kattaya Ramachandra, from Bangalore. I am a dedicated housewife and a well-trained yoga teacher, with over 15 years of continuous yoga practice. Yoga has been an integral part of my life, helping me develop physical discipline, mental balance, and inner well-being.

With a strong desire to give back to society, I wish to serve people through NGOs by sharing my knowledge and experience in yoga and holistic wellness. I believe yoga is not only a physical practice but a powerful tool for improving mental health, emotional stability and overall quality of life, especially in today’s fast-paced world.

I am motivated to work with community-oriented organizations to promote health, mindfulness and well-being among people of all ages, contributing positively to society.
