Who is Proff Sejo?
Got into the domain by chance, stayed by choice, and grew by design. I have remained responsible for the delivery and administration of a range of training and development programs to meet the needs of internal staff. Over the years I have refined my skills in engaging with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training needs analysis, and prioritizes training.
I conduct discussions with BUs to understand training requirements; Identify and prioritize organization-level training needs and programs in line with the organization's strategy and vision. Recognized for selecting appropriate delivery channels, effectively transferring skills across thetargeted audience, and delivering content and context relevant to business needs.
