Who is Jayashree?
My name is Jayashree P, and I am a Commerce graduate from Vivekananda Degree College, Bangalore. I am a motivated, curious, and socially driven individual who believes in lifelong learning and purposeful action. My academic background in commerce has given me a strong foundation in management, finance, and analytical thinking, while my personal interests have shaped me into a well-rounded and adaptable individual.
I have a strong inclination toward management and finance, as I enjoy understanding systems, decision-making processes, and strategic planning. At the same time, my interest in psychology and neuroscience helps me gain deeper insight into human behavior, emotions, and thought patterns. This unique combination allows me to approach challenges with both logical reasoning and empathy, which I consider one of my key strengths.
I have been involved in NGO activities as a student mentor, where I supported and guided students in their learning and personal development. This experience strengthened my communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities while reinforcing my commitment to social responsibility. Working closely with people from diverse backgrounds has helped me develop adaptability, patience, and a strong sense of empathy.
My association with Vishvam has further reinforced my belief in collective action and community empowerment.
