Who is Amita?
My name is Amita, and I am a dedicated professional with strong experience in preschool coordination, office administration, and accounting support. I am currently working as a Preschool Coordinator, where I play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination between teachers, parents, and management.
In my present role, I coordinate classroom activities, support teachers in academic and co-curricular planning, monitor attendance, maintain accurate student records and communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, events, and concerns. I also manage learning resources, ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with school policies, supervise arrival and dispersal, and support staff coordination and orientation.
With proficiency in MS Office, strong communication and coordination skills, and a detail-oriented approach, I am committed to creating organized, child-friendly and efficient work environments. I am passionate about contributing positively to educational institutions and community-oriented organizations through my experience and dedication.
